I believe the point of the court refusing to hear this case is that the United States Supreme Court has become too politicized. The Court becomes embroiled in the political issues of the day and appears to decide what cases to take based on the political issues rather than the simple legal issues. I believe that the Supreme Court should stay out of politics as the framers of the constitution envisioned the Court to work and leave the politics to the executive and legislative branches.
